ThunChat Terms of Service
This page is the agreement you make with ThunChat by using thunchat.com. They are written to be read, not skimmed: they cover who can use the service, how people are expected to behave, how coins and VIP work, and what we can do when the rules are broken. Anything unclear can be put to [email protected].

By opening ThunChat, including as a guest, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. Anyone who does not accept them should not use ThunChat.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. You must be legally able to agree to these terms, and you must not have been removed from ThunChat before. By using the service you confirm that this is true.
You are responsible for keeping your device and session secure. If you think someone else has used your session, let us know.
ThunChat matches people one to one by video, voice or text, shows a list of people who are online, lets you follow people, send messages and start calls from a profile, and offers a short video feed with a Live tab for watching streams. Features may change, be added or be removed over time.
ThunChat is offered on an as-is, as-available basis. We work to keep it running well, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that you will always find someone to match with.
What you say, reveal and send is your responsibility. You keep ownership of content you create, but you allow ThunChat to store, display and transmit it as needed to run the service, for example to deliver your messages or show your profile picture to others.
We may remove content or restrict features when we believe content breaks these terms or the law.
ThunChat is free to start. Every new user starts with some free matches, and the Reward Center may offer more from time to time. After that, matching uses coins. Coins and VIP memberships are sold in the app at the prices shown before you buy.
Coins only work as a licence for features within ThunChat. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another person. VIP privileges are described in the app at the time you subscribe. Purchases are handled by payment providers whose own terms also apply. If you believe a purchase went wrong, contact support with the details.
You can block or report any user from their profile. Reports are sent to the ThunChat team. We can warn users, limit features, suspend or remove accounts, and keep information about the action, when we believe the rules have been broken. We may act without notice where needed to protect people or the service.
People on ThunChat are strangers. We cannot check who everyone is or control what they do on their own devices. Use your judgement, keep personal details to yourself, and leave any chat that feels wrong. The Safety page has practical advice.
To the extent the law allows, ThunChat is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for the behaviour of other users, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
Conversations on ThunChat are between you and the people you meet. We are not a party to them and are not responsible for what other users say or do, on the service or anywhere else. If someone offers you a product, service or deal during a chat, it has nothing to do with ThunChat.
Leaving ThunChat is always your choice and can happen whenever you like. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as those on content, coins and liability, continue after access ends.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use ThunChat after a change means you accept the new version. Questions can go to [email protected].
